After getting qualified for the World Cup... Egypt is preparing to resume flights with Moscow

Egypt's Tourism Federation is preparing to organize tourist trips to Moscow after Egypt qualified for the World Cup, which will be hosted by Russia next year, said Mustafa Khalil, the vice president of the Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Tourism.

" Tourism companies are ready to organize flights to Russia on the occasion of Egypt's arrival in the FIFA World Cup," Khalil told private news agency Sputnik.  "We are waiting to determine the city where the Egyptian mission and the participating Egyptian national team will be located".
According to him, "the program to be prepared will not only watch the matches, but there will be a cultural aspect to identify the ancient Russian cities and the beauty of nature there, especially since each city has a special character characterized by others."
"We are working on arranging flights from Cairo to Russia or through other non-participating countries, even if the air traffic between the two countries will not accommodate the expected number of travel to Russia to support the national team," Khalil said.
Egypt qualified this year for the World Cup hosted by Russia next year, for the first time after a 27-year absence.
The 2018 World Cup is the first in the history of football and will be hosted by Russia from 14 June to 15 July 2018 through 12 venues in 11 Russian cities, in addition to Moscow: St. Petersburg, Kaliningrad, Volgograd, Samara, Saransk, Sochi, Yekaterinburg and Nizhny Novgorod, as well as the city of Rostov on the Don River.
